Wonderfuller

It's been a long, tiring, fun and incredibly produtive week...

We finally had our FIRST GIG!

It was so much fun...We played thursday night at the bar. It overall went really well despite a few annoying technical things, and me forgeting my words more than a couple times... It was great though, and the few people that were there really seemed to like it.

Then, Brian agreed to let us come back on friday also, so we got to play again. Needless to say, it went much much better. The crowd was way way bigger and filled with people I love. Abbey got to come even though she's underage :) and a bunch of people came from church that I never even expected. I felt so much love, and I got to have a ton of fun. I got so many compliments, and overall felt like a rockstar. What a great feeling...And got to spend time with some great people. My buddy John, who I actually could fall in love with in a second if he wasn't like 10 years older than me.

And then there was this guy at the bar who I have seen once before at karaoke. And each time I've seen him, he gives me the sweetest smile...Hmmm...he kinda put me in the clouds for the night. It's amazing how guys can do that to you. Why do they have to smile like that. So sweet and sexy...how do they do that? I have got to learn. It's hypnotic...I want to get to know him. Maybe next time I am there I'll get the balls to introduce myself...(Ha ha, I don't usually say BALLS, but it just seemed oddly appropriate..)

Anyway, what a great night. I did have to say goodbye to Daryl, which sucked, but I really think it's gonna be so cool for him, and now I get to visit Puerto Rico...YAY!! And he'll be back soon...I think the year's gonna go by so fast...He left me his mic and stand, so I have them when we play again. That was so nice of him. He may never get it back now though...

Me and Bill are supposed to keep playing. My brother, (who is my self-appointed manager) went to go talk to the owner to see when we could play again, and before he could even ask, Brian asked when i could come back....NOW HOW AWESOME IS THAT??!! So, we have another gig booked for March 28th!! And, guess what...WE GET PAID!!

I am so excited!!

It's all starting....

Okay, enough for now. I gotta get some sleep so I can get up very early. I hope you all had a wonderful week just like I did. And I hope your new week's even wonderfuller...
